The new Pier for trips to SihanoukVille's Islands is now inside the Autonomous Port!

All the boat companies (and their boat), food and drink, waiting areas, even a bar or two.

You can just go out and visit, even if you're not going to an island.  The bars star hopping around sunset.

Entrance is right next to the Port Park.
